We are glad that after a three-year break we can once again meet and discuss the main problems of social post-pandemic recovery and development, share the results and findings of our research, and establish new business and scientific contacts in vibrant Istanbul!

​

The international exchange of experience, knowledge, and ideas will maximally contribute both to overcoming the negative consequences that societies, governance, education, management, business and public administration etc have faced recently.

​

The traditional organizers of the conference are representatives of the public education sector, scientific and innovation centers of Thailand, Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and India.

​

Our conference is traditionally recognized by national and global expert and professional community.

Universities - the co-organizers of the conference - are the leaders not only in training personnel for different industries and sectors, but also in the implementation of grant programs, conducting  research with regional and national applications.

The international team of the organizing committee is represented by scientists and practitioners from six countries of the world, including Europe, Asia and the Middle East, who are right now ready to start reviewing the submitted papers and thesis.
