- Abstract submission and registration closes: 25 January 2026 
- Full text submission: 25 January 2026 (full text formatted by templates,  ready to review) 
- Reviewing, acceptance letters sent to the registered authors:  till 25 January 2026 
- Agenda proof: 10 February 2026 (scheduling the sessions and final program set) 
- Conference registration open on venue: 26 February 2026
