- Abstract submission and registration closes: 20 March 2024 
- Full text submission: 25 March 2024 (full text formatted by templates,  ready to review) 
- Reviewing, acceptance letters sent to the registered authors:  till 25 March 2024  
- Agenda proof: 15 May 2024 (scheduling the sessions and final program set) 
- Conference registration open on venue: 20 May 2024
