- Registration opens 5 October 2024 (registration, titles, abstracts and keywords submission)   
- Abstract submission and registration closes: 15 December 2024 
- Full text submission: 30 December 2024 (full text formatted by templates,  ready to review) 
- Reviewing, acceptance letters sent to the registered authors:  till 10 January 2025  
- Agenda proof: 25 January 2025 (scheduling the sessions and final program set) 
- Conference registration open on venue: 06 February 2025
