- Registration opens 5 November 2025 (registration, titles, abstracts and keywords submission)   
- Abstract submission and registration closes: 15 January 2026 
- Full text submission: 30 January 2026 (full text formatted by templates,  ready to review) 
- Reviewing, acceptance letters sent to the registered authors:  till 10 February 2026  
- Agenda proof: 25 February 2026 (scheduling the sessions and final program set) 
- Conference registration open on venue: 05 March 2026
